How Philip Wheate runs games
I love RP especially within the party and I try to flavour the npc's with unique voices and accents where I can. If an accent is off i do try to study up to make it sound more authentic. I enjoy having tough PC's to give challenging fights but you are just as likely to come across the weak bandits that gave you a hard time at lvl 1 as at lvl 15. but they may have better tactics. For particularly tough combat above table tactical metagaming is allowed on my table as it shows how challenging it is. But I never wish for my pc's to die so if it is too challenging I am open to changing tact.
