Dave has a unique ability to take something extremely difficult (being an amazing DM) and make it look easy. Over the two years I played in his campaign, every single session was a masterclass in engagement and immersion. He was always prepared and never seemed phased, even when our party did something completely unexpected, Dave handled it smoothly. He takes the craft seriously but always leaves room for fun. Whether you're an experienced player or a total noob, he's the DM for you.

The atmosphere that Dave creates in his campaigns is incredible. Dave's attention to detail and world building is evident in every NPC. Whether they are a pivotal character to the story or a random bystander, they will have a unique voice and a rich backstory. This, combined with the fantastic maps and settings, Dave creates an incredibly immersive experience that really pulls you (and your character!) into the world. Each session is well prepared, and you can always expect 100% effort.

Attention to detail and very careful about getting the details correctly. I've been playing with this DM for a few years now and would love to continue. The pace is great and the NPC's really all have a personality. It really makes the world come alive.

Dave has a gift of quickly changing a story line to adapt to your partie’s follies or ingenuity. His style of DMing makes you care about your character and their outcomes. He also has the ability to role play NPCs to the point in which you feel like you are conversing with actual people with real lives. If you have never experienced a true open sandbox world, Dave is where you should start.

Best DM I have ever played with - and I played with 20+. Knows the rules, best storyteller, great use of tools, excellent RP, inclusive. He is definitely one of the best out there
