About me

I'm Jimmy! I've been a Dungeon Master since 2012, and I've run every edition of Dungeons & Dragons. I bring over a decade of cross-edition experience to the table as a D&D 5e DM. I like to focus on fast, furious fun. I've run, played, and heard about too many campaigns that spin their wheels in session zero, plod through boring travel and drawn-out encounters, and eventually collapse as the whole thing fizzles out. My goal as DM is to pack content into my sessions and maintain a high momentum throughout my campaigns. Come roll with me, and get more bang for your buck!

GM Style

I like to run D&D like an action movie. I'm not big into character voices, crunchy combat, or in-depth plot. I'm into cool things happening to cool characters when they do cool things. I run all my sessions through Discord because I'm most at home in the theater of the mind. VTTs just get in the way of the high-octane fantasy action we're all here for. It ain't pretty, but it sure does get the job done!
