About me

Adventure awaits for any and all! My name is Nate and I have been playing/GM TTRPGs for 5 years now. As someone who found a love for D&D a little later in life, I know how challenging it can be to start playing. As a GM, my experience comes from being a Dungeon Master for D&D 5e, my preferred system. During this time, I have found that I love helping people new to the system learn how to play the world's greatest roleplaying game, as well as keeping the veteran players entertained. More personally, I am a father of two budding adventurers and married to their "apprehensive to adventure" mom in the beautiful state of Maine. When I'm not eating lobster and shoveling snow, I like to work on solidifying my new found addiction to anime and playing video games. Also, I'm pretty handy in the kitchen and not to bad on the golf course. Bigger than all my hobbies, family excluded of course, I love Dungeons & Dragons. I play in a weekly game and it serves as my most sacred 3 hours. More than anything, I love to have fun! This doesn't mean that my games don't have some great drama and tense moments though. Running combat is a personal favorite but, it is most certainly not me vs. you! This is an interactive story we get to tell together and leaving the rest to the fate of the dice. A journey we get to take together. So, need a place to learn D&D, or just in need of a weekly game? Let's get the dice rolling! My tables are always friendly and all inclusive to foster a safe gaming space for anyone to enjoy D&D. If you don't see a time or date that works for you, let me know! I'm flexible in my schedule, which can also help accommodate groups who wish to join together! Please message me if you have any questions about how my games are run, "table" environment or anything else that you may be curious about.

GM Style

I like to run a game with balance between roleplaying and combat and that rewards ingenuity. Incorporating character back stories into the adventure to ensure the player is as immersed as possible with the story is very important as well. If you're not having fun, I'm certainly not.
