About me

Hello there players! My name is Miguel and I've been a GM for five years. Since I was a kid I've always loved being creative and submerging myself in vast worlds, stories and characters. The act of sharing this passion of mine with players and seeing the process of them creating their characters and leaving their mark on the world is always exciting. I have a degree in History with a master's in ancient religions and Mediterranean civilizations and I'm in love with making believable worlds and using ancient legends or obscured tales to inspire my campaigns and make everyone learn a little bit more about different cultures. I have a lot of experience with DND 5e although I can also run other systems like VTM. My first priority is to make my games a safe space for everyone involved, of course they are LGBT friendly and I won't tolerate any kind of hate speech or disrespect at my table against me or my players. I try to be fun and accessible, so players who are starting in TTRPGS are welcome and encouraged to ask all the questions that they want even outside of game time. I love suggestions and creative ideas from my players and I tend to transform my campaigns around their plans and character arcs. Hope to roll some virtual dice with you in the future!

GM Style

Role-playing is a collaborative effort, the world and the stories wouldn't have any significance without the player characters and that's why I'll always try to make your characters the center of the story. I love to create campaigns around the characters that my players want to play and to see their reaction of excitement when they realize that their backstory is important to the plot and it's going to help them evolve their characters. I'm also someone who loves making my players make a lot of important decisions and putting weight on them. My worlds are always changing to best or worst due to the actions of my party. I tend to be lenient on rules, obviously it depends on the context but for me player ideas and schemes are really important and I always attempt to motivate them.
