Hi there! I'm Matt. A forever DM of coming up on 9 years (Writing this as of 02/12/2022) who likes post-apocalyptic games that focus on mortal characters. I've been an avid homebrewer of D&D 5e and am currently in the process of making a 5e conversion / new system to play so you might see a few games pop up featuring that system/conversion. I've been working on my homebrew setting of Calria/Tobov (Depending on the era) for about as much time as I've been DMing believing that if something I want doesn't exist, then I'll just have to make it myself. The current era that I'm running (Tobov) is after Calria experiences a cataclysmic flash-freeze after a great war leaving the world forever covered in ice and the oceans frozen over (very Frostpunk-esque). Players are not charged for Session 0's After session 1, if you're not satisfied with the game, I refund you the cost of the session.

GM style

Personally, I love tactical combat. Epic fights that come down to who had a better strategy thrill me a lot more than a bunch of fighters whacking each other till someone goes down. As for roleplaying, I like to roleplay all of my NPC's where possible, even the unimportant ones such as the crazy old man of the village outskirts (though if I'm honest, that's likely one of my favourite voices) Typically my games tend to prefer whichever aspects that players lean towards. If my players seek more fights, then more fights they'll find. Likewise if the party seeks diplomatic and non-lethal measures to dispatch of threats or challenges, then they'll come across more roleplaying.
