About Garry
A long term fantasy geek. I played a lot of heroquest and warhammer as a kid, moving on to computer RPG games. And then finding D&D later in life. I’m inspired by live play shows such as Critical Role and High Rollers. I spend my spare time watching various DnD streaming shows (Matt Colville, Sly Flourish and Ginni Di as well as reading through the various kickstarters I’ve backed looking for my next great idea! I’ve been running games online for 5 years now. I enjoy bringing new players to the table, challenging experienced players and generally just telling stories! I own a lot of content on DnD Beyond as well as quite a bit of 3rd party content which I share with my campaigns. I run a friendly and welcoming table everyone is welcome regardless of background. I won’t tolerate bigotry of any kind. I believe TTRPGs should be a safe space for everyone.

How Garry runs games
Inspired by Live Play shows such as Critical Role and High Rollers. I like a good mix of roleplay, exploration and combat. I use battle maps for combat as well as visual aids. I’m always looking for that bit of art to bring something extra to Theatre of the Mind scenes. Mainly I like telling stories and I enjoy building character back stories into the game. I like a sandbox style game with a number of story threads. I try to stick to rules as written, but always go for rule of cool if I can. I’ll try out different voices but by no means am I a professional voice actor and you might get a lot of Scottish sounding Dwarves!
