About me

Hi, I'm Turowe! I have been playing and GMing D&D 5e since 2012, with occasional detours into other systems. Being a GM for hire has been a long-time dream of mine, and StartPlaying is helping me make it a reality. I specialize in custom world-building, setting adaptation, and improvisational play (I think on my feet and think Rule of Cool is the most important rule). I love learning new systems, so I am happy to look at any system you would like to play. Feel free to reach out with any questions or system requests. I only speak English, but I have played with English Language Learners before, so I am happy to have you in my game even if English is not your first language.

GM style

Personally, there is nothing I love more than roleplay, but I take pride in making interesting and challenging combat encounters for even the most aggressive min-maxers. I love open world gaming, and so that is the experience I offer to my players, meaning that even if I have an amazing storyline prepared, you are always free to explore, wander, and choose new paths.
