Hi folks! My name is George, I'm the Dungeon Master and Co-Creator of Hero Club Podcast, and have been a professional DM for 8 years. During the pandemic, I ran 5-7 games per week for 6 months in a Mega Game hosting 40+ players, so really it feels like I've playing this game for all eternity! I love D&D primarily because it can be whatever YOU want it to be. My priority as a DM is to make sure I run content that players feel they can engage with. In that spirit, I am more than happy to run games in any setting: existing, fictional, or original. I'll use Music and SFX shared through a Zoom meeting to add a little extra immersion, fun voice effects to take players by surprise, and inventive roll20 maps for tactical and dynamic combat. Love playing with experienced players, but equally enjoy teaching newbies! I have a host of pre-made character blocks that are simplified for expedience in case you want to intro your friends to this enthralling hobby. I love D&D primarily because it can be whatever YOU want it to be. My priority as a DM is to make sure I run content that players feel they can engage with. In that spirit, I am more than happy to run games in any setting - existing, fictional, or original - and balance combat and roleplay to your preferences. I tend towards epic storylines, but love a good mystery or weighty NPC interaction and really feel that my biggest strength as a DM is figuring out what players enjoy the most and dialing in on that. Across the board, I'll use Music and SFX shared through a Zoom meeting to add a little extra immersion, fun voice effects to take players by surprise, and inventive roll20 maps for tactical and dynamic combat. My BIG core principles about D&D: -Everyone should be having fun! -The rules are important for the sake of consistency, but love a good "shenanigan". Happy to do a little DM bartering always! -Everything, even downtime, will have narrative implications. I like building rich worlds that players can choose to delve into, or not!
