About me

I started playing back in 1983 (and I even had the red/beige striped shirt Will wears in Stranger Things). My friends and I took turns being DM as well as creating our own adventures. After high school, I took a break but poked my head in the game here and there over the years. I got back into it because my god-child and my brother wanted to play. As much as I enjoy 5e, the OG is still near and dear to me and I still have several of my books and materials from those days.

GM style

I enjoy the storytelling and bringing the players into the world. Background and lore are a big part of my process. I am not a huge stickler in regards to rules unless there is a new player. I want them to understand the basics so I tend to be a little more rigid but as long as it makes sense and doesn't rewrite the laws of physics, I try to make it work.
