About me

Hello there! I'm Eggo! And my GM story starts many moons ago. When I was gifted a Dungeons & Dragons 3rd Edition starter kit one year for Christmas. So I took it upon myself to learn the game. And try my hand at hosting games for me and my friends. Which lead to a lifelong passion for D&D and other Tabletop RPG's! Over the years I've played off and on as both a GM and player in various game systems. Having been on both sides of the GM screen has definitely aided my ability to run games confidently. And has also set me up for owning a treasure trove of TTPRG systems. One of my goals in life is to one day play them all. I try to always keep things fun and engaging in as many ways as I can for my players. I'm always learning new things constantly. And striving to improve my GM skills after each session. As of lately I've been having a lot of fun playing with the Renegade Games Essence20 system. Featuring licensed properties like Power Rangers, G.I. JOE, Transformers, and My Little Pony. I currently GM a monthly Essence20 Power Rangers actual play on my Twitch stream. Over at https://www.twitch.tv/eggothevisualculturalist. GM style

Hack-and-Slash, Tactical, Slapstick, Character Driven, and Problem-Solving. All come to mind as I think about my GM style. I allow myself versatility in all my games. I try to mix up these different styles of playing. And use them all in someway. As I figure out each group's preferences. And once I've found a good balance for my current group. I work hard to maintain a safe and fun environment. So everyone can leave the session happy and excited to play again.
