Hello there! My name is Ms Dreamy, and I've been a D&D player for a few months now. In fact, my journey with the game began way back in middle school when our original DM quit, and I decided to step up and take over. It was a lot of fun, but as time went on, our group slowly drifted apart as we went off to different high schools. Fast forward to September of last year, and I found myself feeling inspired to get back into DMing again. It had been a long time since I had run a game, but the idea of diving back into the world of D&D was too tempting to resist. I started out by running games for beginner-friendly players, slowly but surely getting back into the swing of things and learning the ins and outs of 5th edition. As a DM, I'm all about creating a laid-back and relaxed environment. I believe that the game should be about having fun and telling an engaging story, rather than getting bogged down in rules and mechanics. While I do use the D&D Basic Rules as a foundation, I also like to incorporate my own rules and ideas to make the game more interesting and unique. One of my greatest strengths as a DM is that I'm great at helping new players explore the world of D&D. I understand that the game can be intimidating for those who are just starting out, and I work hard to make sure that everyone feels comfortable and confident at the table. I'm always happy to answer questions, explain rules, and provide guidance to players as they learn the ropes. In addition to being a supportive DM, I also like to provide extra touches to make the game more immersive and engaging. For example, I love using background music to help set the mood and atmosphere of the game. I'm also a big fan of creating maps for Owlbear, making custom tokens, and using other tools to make the game more visual and exciting. Recently, I've decided to take my DMing to the next level and become a professional DM. I'm excited to offer my skills and expertise to anyone looking for a great action-packed and engaging story.
