About me

I have been a Dungeon Master for 3 years, primarily running Dungeons & Dragons 5th Edition games primarily in the Forgotten Realms Campaign Setting. In that time I have run roughly 150 games from Tier I to Tier IV in person and via Roll20, Discord and Zoom utilizing D&D Beyond and Roll20. My commitment to my players is to bring a fun, Rule of Cool rules-light play style to an all-inclusive table.

GM Style

The heart of every adventurer is the desire to experience the wonder of fantasy dipped in just a hint of reality – expansive alien wilds, devious and conniving villains, exotic terrors to make the blood run cold, complex and real personalities, tragedy and heroics, life and death. To breathe life into the soul of a character is the living nerve of every adventurer. We are all adventurers in my games, collaboratively building characters, telling emergent stories, and embracing the living will of the table. I bring a rules-light, Rule-of-Cool “Yes DM” approach to developing stories big and small— from rescuing demigods from extraplanar dungeons to solving the mysterious death of an innocent girl with a cinematic approach that allows players to make a difference in a sometimes big, bleak, or otherwise chaotic world. I believe in making battles of words, wills, weapons or wits feel equally thrilling and consequential in a living, breathing world where your actions have consequences big and small… With an emphasis on fun, we can explore roleplay, combat, exploration, discovering mysteries, solving puzzles, character development—whatever your heart desires.
