Monty always happens to up the story and fun each session. It's never a dull moment. He gives us challenges and makes it exciting as we go along. If he's stumped about a question you ask, he'll go and look it up. He truly is an awesome DM.

Monty does a great job at coming up with surprising story twists and challenging the players. He works hard to integrate character backstories into the world and makes sure that everyone at the table is having fun. Would definitely recommend playing in a game run by him.

Monty has a style all his own. While always over prepared for the story, he is just as prepared for things to go awry. Applying story hooks to bring the reigns back, seizing the moment to give us help with either an NPC with words of wisdom or a piece of equipment that will help us on our journey. The quick thinking and willingness to embrace our choices, even if it’s to our PC’s detriment, helps the players feel like each PC’s choices are valid. He manages to wrap our PC’s backs stories into the fabric of his world making you feel like your PC aren’t just some random “Adventures” trekking through the land and more like denizens of the world that are brought together for adventure.

This GM has a vast array of knowledge. From the beginning of d&d to now. Tells great stories, but allows characters to control the narrative. And if you want to do something in the game, You can certainly try.
