About me

I've got a proud 12 years experience as a player and a GM with a strong focus on working with players to tell a satisfying and resonant story using the game engine as a tool to get there. You will be challenged but it will never be cruel or unfair, I want to see you succeed and I want you to feel like you've earned it. I am LGBT, Nerodivergence, and Disability friendly and have a passion for treating the 'adventuring party' of the campaign as a found family, avoiding inter-party conflict unless its both narratively justified and desired by the play group. I specialize in Pathfinder (1E & 2E) and Starfinder but I am willing to learn new engines as well. I especially love diverse and unique adventuring parties and characters. I use Discord and Roll20 to gm, but I would be willing to use a new system if something works better for your party.

GM Style

I am LGBT, Disability, and Neurodivergence friendly and try to celebrate diversity for both players and characters, my ideal party brings different perspectives and backgrounds together to tell a story of found family and adventure. I put story and fun and player comfort first, but use mechanics and challenge as a backbone to get there. I never want to be unfair or cruel but I want the party to feel like they've earned a happy ending. Failure and defeat will typically result character growth and intrigue rather than a demand that you 'roll a new character', unless you think that it would be a satisfying end for your character. Similarly, I don't discourage players from making characters they are passionate about, I allow all character options, classes, races, ancestries, and backgrounds. I am also very open to reflavoring and homebrewing if the available options don't work for your vision for your campaign or character. I am quite happy to make a custom setting that matches your parties interest but I currently have the following custom settings made: - A murder mystery set in the Starfinder engine set aboard a generation ship sent out into deep space. - An underdog story focused on underused and uncommon races and/or LGBT/Diverse characters in the Pathfinder 1e or Pathfinder 2e engine where your characters will be working on the outskirts of a repressed and stifling fantasy kingdom. - A dystopian cyberpunk campaign using the race creator engine in the Pathfinder 1e engine where you will be playing rebels fighting out of control corporations to rebel against their control of society. - A redwall inspired campaign where you'll be playing as mice, squirrels, rats, ect in a lightly modified version of the Pathfinder 1e engine. Your party will be operating in the 'no man's land' between three fighting kingdoms locked in a generational stalemate. - A modern fantasy game set in a hidden metropolis only accessible to magical beings and creatures where your party will be freelance adventurers using Pathfinder 1e, Pathfinder 2e, or DND. - Whatever the Party wants!
