About Preston Schroeder
Hello, my name is Preston! I am a Visual Artist and Storyteller. I have been playing D&D for about 5 years now and have started running my games about 2 years ago. As soon as I discovered D&D I loved everything about it and immediately started collecting the sourcebooks and spending my free time writing campaign pitches and characters. I love reading and consuming stories in any way I can, my favorite settings are sci-fi, psychological/cosmic horror and all Fantasy settings. I love drawing story ideas from books and battle inspirations from the video games I enjoy.

How Preston Schroeder runs games
Personally I love RPGs for everything they have, the roleplay is fun for the story and emotion but combat can be just as amazing if the situation is right and you can crunch the number exactly right to beat a super challenging encounter. Im here for everything, typically I write my campaigns around my what my players want more of though when prepping for an unknown party I usually do 50/50 with some leeway for what the party wants. Some session I plan on will be more combat heavy and some more RP depending on the session. My favorite thing in a game is creativity. Unique solutions to the problems and situations I throw at you is my favorite type of game and I tend to reward creative behavior, though if that's not your thing no sweat as long as your having fun Ill also be having a good time!
