Not only will you explore strange areas, delve the deepest dungeons, but you will return to town and establish your home base! Here you will be able to explore downtime activities, from becoming the greatest baker to becoming a king! Less focused on silly voices and more on presenting a living world filled with a world to life strange creatures, ancient temples, and warring factions. It is now yours explore... Where will you go? I specialize on bringing back streamlined flare with a modern ruleset. I honor the past but focus on the future, putting storytelling first. The other players made it fun. The GM was fine but overpriced and non descriptive. I realize that this is a job for him but he didn't really bring anything to the table that was new and it seemed that he wanted it to be over. Which... he did end abruptly which upset a few of the players. There was no epic last battle. It just ended.

The Bard ran a fun one-shot game. I like that we had a round of introductions and little team building exercise to get us 6 strangers comfortable with each other before jumping into the action (some one-shots don't bother with that). He had a nice set of pre-gens ready to go. A good time was had by all.

Bard is a fun and friendly GM I've had the pleasure of playing a few sessions with. He starts out every session with a riddle for the group to solve and grants inspiration if the group can solve it. He's also helpful to new players and generous with his rulings. Overall, I think Bard is a great GM and you won't regret joining one of his games.
