About me

Hello fellow TTRPG besties!! I am a DM of 6+ years with a background in theatre, opera, and music. As a superfan of dnd, I thrive on drama, collaboration, and cooperation in my games. As a GM, my goal is to run an immersive, multifaceted world in which my players get the chance to live their most heroic dreams and make a real difference in the game. My favorite saying is "Do it for the Anime!" AKA the rule of cool!! Roleplay is my favorite aspect of the game, but don't think that means exploration and combat take a back seat!! Because we all come from different backgrounds and playstyles, I make sure to provide a well-balanced challenge for all players! I pride myself on the use of stellar and thematic (read: dramatic) music, virtual maps, a myriad of visual aids, unique NPC design, and intense theatre-of-the-mind flavor to create a 'real' experience for my party. I hope to see you at my table soon!

GM style

As an actor/musician, I am a HUGE drama nerd! My favorite aspect of TTRPGs is roleplay because I get to work on my acting/accents! I've been studying improv for over 10+ years, so I thrive on creating realistic NPCs to add flavor to each game. World-building and immersion go hand-in-hand for me and it's important that my players feel connected and influential in the space we create together. I'm big on creative problem-solving and believe everyone having an amazingly satisfying experience while facing and overcoming challenges is the most important part of any game. Combat is also a predominant aspect of any TTRPG and you won't be disappointed! Classic combat is a fun, but high-stakes endeavor, and I love adding little surprises here and there, especially in the form of skill challenges and mixed-skill rolls.
