About me

Hello! I am GenerousHeal, otherwise known as Spyro, and i am a Game Master for the Ruinous Paths campaigns, currently running the Glorybound and Tyranny of Dragons campaigns over on twitch (https://www.twitch.tv/ruinouspathsdnd), using D&D 5th Edition. I have around 5-6 years of experience playing with the system, with four of those years running games as a Game Master. The games hosted by myself through this service will feature high quality maps, music during play and the experience of undergoing fantastical adventures, through themes ranging from gritty & grim realism, to heroic & abstract. GM style

As a GM, roleplay is a factor both in and out of combat during play, whether it be through action and environmental descriptions, to interactions and events occurring in the game. In my time running games, i have run both gritty and relaxed in theme games, and i enjoy the sessions featuring a solid emotional aspect to them. Combat is tough and fair, often encounters vary from weak & simple, to deadly and frightening, depending on the situation. Complex mechanics, often make their way during important encounters against the party and their most serious adversaries. I enjoy designing scenarios where the party have to rely not only on their attack rolls, but critically make decisions unique to the encounter or the theme of their foes.
