I run 2e, 3.5e, and 5e over Discord. 5e through Beyond with Avrae bot. Will GM other systems by request depending on the availability of source books. I have a working knowledge of Vampire: the Masquerade and Warhammer Fantasy. Typically run Forgotten Realms (incl. Ravenloft and extra planar) or Greyhawk, but have access to Wildemount. Been DMing for 24 years (1997). Have played multiple systems and am willing to homebrew within reason.

How nalisai runs games

I love roleplay and combat and try to put in a good mix of both, but generally rely on my party to fill me in on which they like more. I play to entertain my players and have them walk away with a good feeling (which, let's be honest, may just be frustration or anxiety about the game state as well as enjoyment). The more you get into it, the more I get into it, and the party will feed off of each other. Combat is visually limited due to online play, so I expect players to show up ready to visualize some things for themselves.

nalisai's ideal table

I normally run 3-6 players, and accept everyone at my table so long as they are respectful of me, the other players, and the game we're playing. I run a mix of Rule of Cool and Rules as Written - it's basically whatever works for the game, but preferably within the established rules. Hijinx and fun definitely allowed and roleplay is encouraged but not required. I run without cameras and honestly a lot of tech floof because I like allowing people with slower internet and international friends to play regardless of your connection speed.
