About me

Hello, I'm Adam and at my wife's prompting, I began running games online professionally when the Pandemic shut down the games I was running as a volunteer for my local library. I am an experienced DM/GM across multiple editions. I am a published author of tabletop rules (Fanatic Magazine 94) for the Inquisitor game and I have played and run a wide variety of systems. I write custom games for you and your group, I offer special offer One Shots that I have been refining for over a decade and I have a wide variety of accents.... though most of them are from the United Kingdom. I commission custom music for the Intro's of my games and produce a podcast for some of my players. You can also listen to me being interviewed on Episode 9 of the Hidden GM's Podcast.

GM style

I come from a wargaming origin, so my combat is tactical and my enemies strategic, I have a love for the dramatic, cinematic and filmic, so my descriptions are rich and visual. My mother was an archeologist and museum curator, and exposed me to a vast amount of primary sources, so I bring the richness of history and all the characters, plots and villains there in to draw on for my roleplay and exploration. I like to say there are three factions at the table, me, my players and our dice, so expect to be gambling narrative and combat consequences on the throw of a die. I like to have an even split between exploration and combat. I don't like to divide the game into three, as I believe you should always be roleplaying, in and out of combat, but naturally, some sessions end up being mostly in combat, and some sessions you do nothing but plot, plan, politic and roleplay.
