About me

Hello I'm Noir, I'm a player in a number of live stream games and the GM of Into the Southland for Kobold Press, KingsGuard on Critical Misses and Producer for Rivals of Waterdeep and Trouble in Techburg. There are a few things to know about me as your potential GM and that's that I firmly believe that my job is to make you feel like a hero. That's the point of TTRPG isn't it? We all get beat up in our day to day so why play just to be miserable! But as GM I only have so much control, in order for me to help you showcase your inner hero you have to come willing to cooperate with other players, embrace the silly and always respect each others boundaries? Interested? Then lets go~!

GM style

My GM style is built around honoring the choices of my players and creating cinematic moments based on player input. To me the sign of a successful game is one that leaves you talking about it well after the game is over - music, character voices and slick word play are tools used to make those moments happen. I put a focus on roleplay and finding the depths of your character, exploring that depths via moral choices, and combat. Everything matters, everything on the character sheet is a potential story telling beat and every word you speak matters.
