Workshop: DM’ing for the Apocalypse: Learning from PBTA

About the adventure

Hey there DM's! Do you wanna improve your story telling? Perhaps you're having trouble with pacing out combat and roleplay, or find it hard to find what creates a tense moment? Are you perhaps interested in learning about a different system and wanna know what you can take from other games? If you've said yes to any of the above, this workshop is for you. I'll be taking you across a few things I've learned in my stint as a DM/GM for the past 8 years, and what I took from playing a multitude of Powered By The Apocalypse or PBTA systems. I'll be introducing some key concepts from the PBTA systems and how we can work that into D&D, without all the fuss of changing too many rules. The 3 core systems being playbooks, player moves and GM Moves!

How to prepare

Please have a working microphone and webcam. Have Discord installed as well.
