Wine-Dark Waters is a module part of Season 3 of the Play Renegade program. This one-shot is an excellent way for new players to experience Vampire: The Masquerade and busy veterans to get a bite of quality kindred action. Players will experience an intense night of balancing political ties and defending themselves from deadly rivals while attempting to keep the mortals aboard your ship in the dark. Pre-made characters are available and original ones are allowed. Characters will fit one of the following roles: The Chemist The Entertainer The Hide The Muscle The Planner The Spy

How to prepare

A microphone and stable internet connection is required. You will also need an account on discord and Roll20. I will be using a webcam and others are encouraged to as well, but it is not mandatory.

What I provide

I will provide rulebooks, Roll20 VTT, and visual references.

Gameplay details

If we have not played together, I require a discord call to talk about your character concept, game expectations, and check for group chemistry and comfort. A safety and consent form will be sent and is required to be completed playing.

How will character creation work

Players may choose from a selection of premade characters, or work with me to create their own character that fits without one of the established roles in the group. Concepts and rolls will be discussed in the Discord channel to build coterie cohesion and determine the roll of each character. I will provide a document with character creation instructions and will have an optional call where I can guide players through the process.

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
• Book your session and wait for the Game Master to approve you.
• If you don't have a blast with your first game, your next game is on us.
