About the adventure

Once every eight years, the fantastic Witchlight Carnival touches down on your world, bringing joy to one settlement after the next. Its owners, Mister Witch and Mister Light, know how to put on a good show. But there’s more to this magical extravaganza than meets the eye! What starts as a fun day at the fair turns into a journey into the Feywild, a series of bizarre bargains, and an unforgettable adventure. The Feywild has big baddies and sinister schemers, but most of them can be overcome with hijinks instead of all-out warfare. That said, I do have full-color battlemaps and custom tokens for when combat does break out. We'll start with a session zero, where I'll help you use any of the new playable races and backgrounds if you want. I don't charge for the session zero. From there, We'll run the full campaign from levels 1-8.

How to prepare

Please have a D&D Beyond, Roll20, and Discord account created before we play! We'll finalize characters during session 0 and I can help if need be. Please have a stable internet connection.

What I provide

I have the Player's Package and a D&D Beyond subscription, so I can share the books needed to create characters.

Gameplay details

As a Feywild adventure, emphasis will mostly be on roleplay with a comedic theme. When combat does happen expect, PG-13 level of violence. I will ask before the campaign for any topics you don't want included. As the story is fairly lighthearted, I don't expect to encounter too much dark or violent content.

How will character creation work

Character creation will be done as a group over Discord, and we will decide on how we want to generate stats during that session zero. Feel free to come up with ideas ahead of time, as long as I can give a final check! Character sheets will be hosted on D&D Beyond.

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
• Book your session and wait for the Game Master to approve you.
• If you don't have a blast with your first game, your next game is on us.
