About the adventure
1. Dungeons and Dragons 5e. 2. Played on FOUNDRY VTT 3. This is my personal adaptation of the classic 1st edition module 'White Plume Mountain' to 5e. I played this module several times when it was 'new' both as a player and as a Dungeon Master. I have balanced it for 4-7 players of level 12. 4. I have Pre-made characters ideal for this adventure that are ready to go for those who wish to jump in for a quick one-shot. 5. Players may be younger than 18 if they have their parent’s permission. 44 years of DMing experience, I am brand spanking new to StartPlaying.Games.

How to prepare
1. Webcam, microphone, character will be needed. (premade characters available and these are IDEAL for the adventure) 2. A free account for both discord.com and D&D beyond. Here is the campaign invite link: https://www.dndbeyond.com/campaigns/join/48585283117993978 3. A friendly demeanor and desire to have fun with the group is also a must. 4. I have a link to my foundry server but I'll send it when the game starts (it's not active until then anyway) 5. What I provide
1. I will bring 44 years of Dungeon Master Experience (yes I'm that old). 2. I have a foundry VTT account and own all the necessary licenses needed to play. 3. I have a master account with D&D Beyond. 4. I have meticulously adapted this module for 5e and for Foundry VTT.
Gameplay details
I use a session zero. Essentially just direct message me on Discord and I'll send you all the info you need for that. We'll have a short meet and greet at the beginning of the game (probably 30 minutes) and then start. We will have breaks, an open game environment, and a talk about things when game is concluded This is a heroic campaign in Dungeons and Dragons. They party defeats the bad guys and gets treasure as a reward. Simple. IMPORTANT NOTE: The game mechanics of fifth edition do not support a lot of action sequences commonly encountered in the original AD&D (advanced dungeons and dragons aka 1st edition). I have adapted the 5e rules to the module, not the other way around. As a result: Counterspell is banned; It is broken. Monks are banned, they just are. Rules lawyers will not be a good fit. Players who are attention hogs are also not a good fit.
