About the adventure

Welcome to Waterdeep,The City of Splendors and the Crown of the North! There's been rumor's of a cache locked away in a vault full of gold and it could be yours for the taking. But you won't be alone, Others want this cache too. Will you play a game of intrigue and politics? Maybe form temporary alliances that will only work until you decide they don't? The choice is yours in Waterdeep:Dragon Heist! As mentioned this campaign will take place in Waterdeep with the theme of an heist being planned not only by your party but rival groups. I'll be throwing in some DM's guild content to make Waterdeep come to life more than the book makes it. This campaign will be a mixture of combat and roleplay with a heavy emphasis on your choices mattering so be careful on what you decide, for it could backfire down the road

How to prepare

The players will need to install the Fantasy Grounds Unity demo and a mic is requested but not required as FGU has a text function inside of it. Rules aren't mandatory to be read ahead of time but is recommended to avoid slowdowns of the game. All player content from WOTC minus Van Richten's Guide to Ravenloft will be available to players.

What I provide

I'll be bringing the module of Waterdeep:Dragon Heist with some extensions for it that add more to the campaign. I'll also be bringing all WOTC player content minus Van Richten's Guide to Ravenloft to the table for players to use.

Gameplay details

This game will have themes of political intrigue and espionage, Other rival groups could form alliances with you and backstab you if it seems fit. The game will have foul language and crude humor. There'll be a mix of RP and Encounters but mainly will depend on the session and the party itself. There's a moderate amount of planning when it comes to the game to ensure that everything runs smoothly. Parts of the module will be homebrewed and having extensions from DM's Guild added into it to make the module be filled with content

How will character creation work

The PC's will be level 1,They will be created on Fantasy Grounds in a session 0. Homebrew is allowed but will need to be approved before use.
