About the adventure

Political turmoil strikes the Kindred of New York City as the Prince makes a surprise announcement. The players will be linked to the Prince, and the Prince's problems may become the players. Others in the City look to these Ancillae Kindred for support or advice. Additionally, there have been rumors of a vast number of werewolves in the city. While a few are always expected to be lurking around *somewhere*, reports of more than a dozen of them gathering in Central Park have been reported. Will the Players attempt to gain titles and power for themselves? If not, then who? Will they survive til the next night? Join the Coterie and see if what sort of mayhem you get up to, in this sordid story of Vampires, Blood and the petty bickering that fills a Kindred's eternal night.

Additional Details

How to prepare

A mic is necessary, a webcam is preferable. All the communication that faces can facilitate, can enhance the game. You'll need a Discord account, where a Dicebot will be used for dicerolling. Character Creation would ideally happen before the first game, but am happy to go over all over that process with any players unfamiliar with it.

What I provide

I will provide the Discord channel, storytelling and the occasional plot related picture. Additionally, I have a map of NYC with various Kindred groups domains listed and will share and update that as the game progresses.

Gameplay details

My style as Storyteller is to present the players with scenarios where they can then take the lead from. I make a world, and populate it, and YOU the players get to decide which areas to delve deeper into. I will generally provide 1-2 obvious possible options to move forward, but, always welcome the wide world of possibilities. Expect to have tough decisions put before your characters where you will struggle to have your cake, and eat it too. You may need to give up sometimes--but the choice of what, and how, are yours.

How will character creation work

Players will follow the character creation guidelines in the V5 corebook, making Ancillae aged Kindred. PC's will receive a "cherry on top" from the Storyteller after character creation, in line with the theme of your character. This will be unknown until after CharGen is completed. Additionally, the Coterie of Kindred will be the Mareshal to the Prince and gain the related benefits (and drawbacks) of such a position.

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
• Book your session and wait for the Game Master to approve you.
• If you don't have a blast with your first game, your next game is on us.
