About the adventure

Faerûn faces the peril of dragon fire! Will you defy the Cult of the Dragon and challenge the power of Tiamat, the Queen of Dragons? Tyranny of Dragons is a book containing two thrilling stories, Hoard of the Dragon Queen and The Rise of Tiamat, merged into a single Dungeons & Dragons adventure. This campaign is tailored for a party of four to six characters starting at 1st level, with the aim of reaching around 15th level for an epic confrontation with the goddess Tiamat herself. Throughout this quest, you will confront an unholy alliance seeking to unleash a cataclysmic dragon-driven apocalypse upon Faerûn. The Cult of the Dragon, the Red Wizards of Thay, and a web of malevolent conspirators conspire to reshape the world in preparation for Tiamat's arrival. Dragons ravage the Sword Coast, leading hordes of cultists, fiends, and other abominations. To oppose these dark forces, new heroes must rise and rally allies like the Harpers, the Lord's Alliance, and even the notorious Zhentarim, bridging age-old rivalries. Will the realms' inhabitants stand strong against dragonkind, or succumb to the onslaught of draconic breath?

How to prepare

What I provide

Everything is provided by me on that platform. Animated VTT Maps will a full music score. A fully developed digital world that will be sent as a Discord Link, and can be oppened in any browser. Custom made battlemaps and creatures to fit the campaign. Self-created character portraits for NPC's and PCs. I have access to; Players Handbook, Monster Manual, Dungeon Masters Guide, Volos Guide, Tashas Cauldron, Xanathars, Fizbans Treasury, and many more books on DND Beyond. I can share these with players as needed and when I purchase any new content and choose to add it to the campaign the players will also gain access to it via DnD Beyond.

Gameplay details

A list of rules is available in the Discord. Session 0 will be a 1 on 1 with me where I can go over the world and place your character along with your backstory in it.

How will character creation work

Character will start at level 1 and go to level 10, and can be made on DnD Beyond. I can help anyone in need of it, and also have pregenerated characters of every class if you so wish. It's recommended to have a character portrait for reference (or give me a detailed description to work off of). I will then create a character token for you to have in game.

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
• Book your session and wait for the Game Master to approve you.
• If you don't have a blast with your first game, your next game is on us.
