About the adventure

The town of Otari needs some local heroes! Tamily Tanderveil has sent out a message for help, and she's got an offer you can't refuse. First, she needs you to get to the bottom of the mystery in her warehouse basement. In exchange, she's offering you gold, as well as the deed to some real estate to use as your base of operations... if you can clear it out of its current inhabitants! But Tamily isn't the only one with problems in Otari. A sinister sabotage plot has been set in motion. Now people have gone missing and the local infrastructure is going up in flames. The town is going to need you to get to the bottom of it all before it's too late! As if that wasn't bad enough, a monster cult is also on the rise, terrorizing the nearby villages with the refugees seeking shelter at the local church of Sarenrae. The head cleric is summoning you to investigate the cult's activities, find out what happened to the previous investigators, and retrieve a precious artifact. But who knows how long until the cult strikes again!? But the story doesn't end there! Now that you've established yourselves as problem solvers on the Isle of Kortos, word has spread about your merry band and requests have been pouring in from all over the island! Additional Details

How to prepare

No software installation or account creation is required. Access to a stable internet connection and your browser is all you need! A mic is required, as well as a set of headphones for all the music and sound effects. Webcams can be used if the group desires. Getting into a roleplaying mindset is very highly encouraged!

What I provide

This adventure uses a mix of official Paizo content designed to teach new players how to play, as well as custom content created by me to offer you a full learning experience. It will be a casual laid back experience so you can get comfortable with the mechanics and roleplaying. Premium module maps as well as beautiful custom-created maps. This adventure also comes with your own base camp. Music to set the tone for exploring, random battles, and Boss battles! Special effects and automation tools to make combat fast and exciting! Detailed character interactions for those who love to roleplay!

Gameplay details

- A focus on roleplay and providing players with NPCs to interact with (both minor and major) beyond just being quest-givers/enemies to defeat. My version of this adventure is designed to make you really feel like a part of the Otari community. - Custom-built maps using software like Inkarnate and Dungeon Alchemist, with some premium Patreon maps as well for good measure. - Extensive Foundry module curation to ensure as streamlined of an experience as possible. - A beginner-friendly approach to players. I utilize my background as a teacher to help you learn the ropes without ever feeling like it's a burden. This includes being patient, offering up suggestions, and creating an environment that is both fun/conducive to learning. - A session 0 where I give you a full tour of the Foundry UI and other tools used for getting the most out of your Pathfinder experience! This game uses milestone leveling.

How will character creation work

Ancestry: Core and most uncommon ancestries. Rare ancestries are excluded. Classes: Core rulebook classes (minus alchemist). Free Archetype (excluding multiclass ones) Backgrounds (Most Allowed) Optional Flaws (Allowed) Alternate Boosts (Allowed) Alignment (Good aligned characters) Players do not need a character created for session 0, but are encouraged to come to the table with some ideas in mind. Characters will be finalized either during session 0, or before the first session.

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
• Book your session and wait for the Game Master to approve you.
