Travel the planes in GATEWALKERS!

About the adventure

Had a bout of amnesia? Choose the Gatewalkers Planar Travel Agency and perhaps you will be able to find what the hell happened - unless you die horribly during the trip! (life insurance not included) A band of characters become paranormal investigators in order to figure out the cause of a global amnesic episode. Their quest takes them to lands near, far, and outside of this reality altogether. Along the way, the characters meet fellow "gatewalkers," defeat alien monsters, and explore strange realms also touched by the so-called Missing Moment. And when it comes time to learn the grim truth of what happened to them on that fated summer night, what then?

How to prepare

You will need: - a working mic (preferably push-to-talk or with background noise cancelled) - a discord account for voice chat - a web browser with hardware acceleration enabled for Foundry - a free Forge web account to access the game - no previous knowledge of Pathfinder required!

What I provide

I will provide Foundry Virtual Tabletop run on a Forge server, accessible at any time, and prepare the adventure, with maps, tokens, ambience and music. And, of course, a lot of humour and good attitude!

Gameplay details

We will go over everyone's expectations and boundaries during session 0. Players should always feel comfortable in my games, so if you have any issues or things you need to discuss, my chats are always open.

How will character creation work

Characters can be created before the game using Foundry sheets or the Pathbuilder app (then imported to Foundry). We will be using the Free Archetype and (most likely) the Gradual Ability Boosts variant rules. Uncommon and Rare choices generally allowed (the policy is "let me know and I'll accept it"). If you're new to the system, I can work with you to develop your character!

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
• Book your session and wait for the Game Master to approve you.
• If you don't have a blast with your first game, your next game is on us.
