About the adventure

"Somewhere under a lost and lonely hill of grim and foreboding aspect lies a labyrinthine crypt. It is filled with terrible traps and not a few strange and ferocious monsters to slay the unwary. It is filled with rich treasures both precious and magical, but in addition to the aforementioned guardians, there is said to be a demilich who still wards his final haunt. Be warned that tales have it that this being, called Acererak, possesses powers that make him nearly undefeatable!" The tomb of horrors is perhaps the most famous Dungeons & Dragons module, written by Gary Gygax himself for the first Origins game convention in 1975. The game I will be running uses the version of the dungeon that has been updated for use with the 5th edition rule-set presented within Tales from the Yawning Portal. Dare you venture into the Tomb of Horrors? Are your wits and blades sharp enough to ensure your survival? I suppose we shall see...

How to prepare

How will character creation work

Starting level:14 Starting Gold: 20,000 gold for equipmen no long rests in the tomb two uncommon or one rare item each standard packs for inventory items (explorer's, dungeoneer's, etc.) if one or two die at once, replacements come in if its a TPK, its game over if a replacement comes in, depending on how far they come in, they will have to roll percentile dice to see how they fared making it past certain things (be as kind or as cruel as you'd like with this one) Best bring back up characters
