About the adventure

This is a one-shot I've been planning for a while! I've tested it twice before and it ran well, but I'd like to run it for more people as well since I enjoyed it a lot. Mork Borg is a very easy-to-learn system, and if you don't yet know how to play, I will gladly help you out and reserve an hour before the game to make sure everyone's set up and knows the basic rules. Every game I've run so far has been with people who had to learn the rules on the spot and I have yet to encounter any issues with it. One thing that is very important to know about this game: It's surprisingly more comedic than it looks! Mork Borg as a system can be very horror-themed or very gonzo. Or both! The character classes and system rulings make it easy to get into exaggerated situations, and this adventure in particular leans more that way. Mork Bork is described as a "Pitch-black apocalyptic fantasy OSR RPG about miserable bastards doing their best/worst in a bleak, dying world". Your miserable bastards, in particular, will have just entered an inescapable and unimaginably extensive forest where the trees move too much, the sky is traded for a celling of leaves that never allows much of a glance beyond, and your screams will be heard least by the people next to you, but most by the dangerous beings intrinsically connected with the ancient grounds within. But oh well, ambitious people might end up deserving their rewards. Don't expect your characters to last long, but if they die halfway through you'll have the chance to make new ones!

Additional Details

How to prepare

You should have a discord account and a working mic, but a webcam is not necessary. Creating characters is optional! You'll either create them beforehand, or create them one hour before the start of the session (with me). Both are good options!

What I provide

I love using character voices and roleplaying vastly different characters, every one of my games uses background music, and I try to avoid doing tactical combat on systems like this, which are not well suited for it.

How will character creation work

I can help you set up your character in the days before the session, or personally hop on discord one hour before the starting time if you need me to! I'll allow every class from Mork Borg Cult approved content.

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
• Book your session and wait for the Game Master to approve you.
• If you don't have a blast with your first game, your next game is on us.
