About the adventure

This is a campaign designed for people to be able to drop in and out of it at their leisure. It is broken into 9 chapters, with each chapter being 1-3 sessions to complete. The first person to book the session gets to decide the chapter being played for that session. Story so far: Romere is a egalitarian nation in which all are welcome, the economy is flourishing, and it has been the longest period of peace in recorded history. Lately however something has changed in the very air, suspicion appears where there was once none, people are tightening their belts in forecast of an economic downturn, and at the center of it all Romere City has been reporting children are going missing in large numbers. The King has summoned you, for each of you have done some small service for the kingdom and are known as minor heroes. Upon arrival, you discover it was a trap, the king wished to imprison all who may be an obstacle to his goals. Locked in the castle dungeons, you plot your escape and eventual vengeance. It will not be easy, the castle has many guards, and a nightmare awaits any who dare try to escape.

How to prepare

Players will need a roll20 account, a mic, and discord installed. Players will have the opportunity to create their characters in session, though the more thought you have done before hand will facilitate the game proceeding in a timely manner.

How will character creation work

Character creation will happen in the first half hour of the game, though additional time can be provided if their are issues. Characters once created will carry over between sessions allowing for more game time in future sessions.

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
• Book your session and wait for the Game Master to approve you.
• If you don't have a blast with your first game, your next game is on us.
