About the adventure

A classic dungeon revisited! The Sunless Citadel was originally published in 2000 as the first adventure for Dungeons & Dragons 3rd edition. It was later adapted into 5th edition, and has been an entry way into TTRPG's and Dungeon Delving for thousands of people! Now, you can enjoy it too, in Pathfinder 2nd Edition! In this adventure you find yourself in the small town of Oakhurst, and there are rumors about. Rumors of strange folk, of fruit with the power of life and death, of a lost adventuring party, and, of course, the Sunless Citadel; an ancient ruin, ravaged and thrown into the earth centuries ago. Fight classic monsters, learn the secrets of an Ancient Dragon Cult, obtain magical items, and more!

Additional Details

How to prepare

Players should have a microphone at minimum. Voice and Video will be done over discord. You will also need a browser which can run Foundry. You should also at least familiarize yourself with the basic rules of Pathfinder 2nd edition found here: 2e.aonprd.com. If you have played DnD 5e, or a similar game before, you will have no trouble picking up Pathfinder 2nd edition. You do not need a character concept, but feel free to have one going into session 0!

What I provide

Foundry VTT will contain all maps, characters, and everything else needed for us to play!

Gameplay details

This adventure does not contain any adult themes or situations. I would describe it as hard-boiled fantasy. Some themes and situations may include: Violence, non-excessive gore, and death. Should something come up in play which a player is uncomfortable with, they can let the GM know, and it will be immediately dealt with.

How will character creation work

Characters will start at level one, and character creation will be done during a session 0, where players are free to discuss their characters backstories and for the GM to insert plot hooks into their backstories.

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
• Book your session and wait for the Game Master to approve you.
• If you don't have a blast with your first game, your next game is on us.
