About the adventure

Sinister forces terrorize a town. The town of Brindinford is in the midst of its annual street fair. Joy and merriment abound -- until calamity disrupts the celebration. Are rival gangs responsible? Is the government sliding into tyranny? Or is a nightmarish plot about to come to fruition? At the outskirts of the sprawling fair, an old woman hunches on the ground, clutching a wooden bowl and looking up at passers-by with a pleading look in her eyes. As you toss a coin in her bowl, she offers you a blessing in her rough country accent: “Pelor light your path and Heironeous guard your way!” Then she looks you solemnly in the eyes, leans in close, and whispers, “Beware those who hear voices in their dreams! They sleep fitfully now, awaiting the Speaker’s plans!”

How to prepare

Players will need a mic as well as Roll20 and Discord accounts. A webcam is recommended.

What I provide

I will have the adventure prepared in Roll20 and all of the 3.5 D&D books available for reference.

Gameplay details

The gameplay will focus mostly on urban social interaction and combat. Content should be more or less PG-13. This game will have an open door policy.

How will character creation work

Characters will be 5th level, 32 point buy, 9k gp wealth/gear. You can make characters ahead of time (turn in at least 48 hours before game time, please; contact me if you need assistance) or I will give you a pregenerated character sheet of your preferred archetype.
