About the adventure

San Francisco is a weird place to live. Once a vibrant hub of progress and hope for the future, it now faces a housing crisis with hundreds of people leaving for more affordable options. It is also crawling with vampires, werewolves, witches, and hundreds of other creatures of the night. You thought the infestation of tech bros was bad enough, now you have to deal with a whole new slew of problems. Buffy and Supernatural made it look easy, but dealing with monsters is actually quite exhausting. They have their own problems too, and some of them just want to live in peace. Others want to take over the city and turn every human into a personal blood bank. With an election on the horizon, and fears of a cosmic rift opening, there are mere weeks to save the city before something truly catastrophic happens. It's time to kick things into high gear and protect those you love before it's too late.

How to prepare

Please have a mic, camera, 6-sided dice, and access to Discord and Roll20! We will go over the rules as a group, and establish lines and veils as a group.

What I provide

I will provide maps of San Francisco and access to Monster of the Week playbooks and handbooks.

Gameplay details

This is going to be a mini-campaign, and will take anywhere from 8-10 sessions. All materials such as the Monster of the Week playbook, lines and veils, and other important information will be sent once the game is joined. There is strong possibility of character death, there will be death mechanics put into place for the game. Don't worry if you don't know how to play Monster of the Week! Each player will have an individualized session 0 to go over characters and game mechanics. If you love Buffy or Supernatural, this is a game that you'll really enjoy! There'll be dozens of different monsters, political drama, world-ending stakes, and so much more!

How will character creation work

Prior to the first session, I will send a copy of the Monster of the Week playbooks to everyone! There will be an individualized session 0 for each player. There, if you are having trouble making your character, I will help!

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
• Book your session and wait for the Game Master to approve you.
• If you don't have a blast with your first game, your next game is on us.
