About the adventure

Your dreams have been really vivid recently. And it even seems that your dreams are calling to you. Even when awake, you see glimpses of things that look like they are shifting weirdly out of "phase". Sometimes you look and have to take a double take. Is your mind playing tricks on you? Did you really just see that little old man jump from the middle of the street to the sidewalk to avoid a nasty mud puddle? Or did you just kind of have a mental checkout, and when you looked back he had simply crossed the street like anyone would? You feel drawn to something. Not something ominous or dark or scary, just... something. Your grandmother told you that you could talk to her about anything. And now, it's beginning to make sense when she told you to reach out to her if you should ever start having "episodes". You always thought she was talking about something along the lines of epileptic seizures, but not you begin to think she might have meant something different. Changeling: the Dreaming can be fun and exciting, and really your gameplay is only limited by your imagination. But, be warned, being set in the World of Darkness, it can also be a dark and menacing atmosphere as well. The players are truly in control of the atmosphere and tone of the story. This story takes place in the Charlotte, North Carolina, USA region.

How to prepare

Players should have accounts created and ready to use for Discord and Roll20. Characters will be responsible for submitting completed character sheets and any images they wish to use prior to the beginning of session one.

What I provide

Any files or images necessary for gameplay will be provided either via Discord or Roll20.

Gameplay details

The themes can vary based upon the joint agreement of the players. Once a game has been established, and group expectations have been set, those will continue to be used throughout the remainder of gameplay in this adventure. Players should feel free to ask questions, offer boundaries, etc. No "trolling" or any other activity that engenders a nature of hate or intolerance will be allowed or fostered in any game I run.

How will character creation work

Characters will start out at entry level. A session zero will be scheduled to create characters and communicate campaign information. All characters will be completed with the GM to facilitate creating a character that "works" in the campaign setting.

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
• Book your session and wait for the Game Master to approve you.
• If you don't have a blast with your first game, your next game is on us.
