The Scaled Conflict starts anew!
Dungeons & Dragons 5e on D&D Beyond, Discord, Roll20
About the adventure
This game will be in a homebrewed medieval fantasy setting. I like to have a large amount of roleplay to combat, being 60:40 in the roleplay's favor. This game is beginner friendly! Characters will be level 5 and will be spanning all the way into level 20. This will be a homebrewed campaign in a homebrewed world. I won't bore you with all the details yet, but they'll be available to you as you join! Though this will be homebrewed, I'll be borrowing certain aspects from Rise of Tiamat and Hoard of the Dragon Queen. We'll be starting in the city of Snowden Valley, in the kingdom of Genus Dorovia. Your characters have been contacted by the rich yet mysterious benefactor of the city, Saba Frostfly. The details of the letter varied from person to person, however the one through-line was that he had a job for you. The party will be venturing into a rapidly escalating war between the chromatic and metallic dragons.
How to prepare
You'll need a mic and internet of decent quality. You don't need to read or know the rules to play, however a decent grasp of them is recommended. I'm more than happy to enforce the rules myself, so my players don't need to worry about them.
What I provide
I own quite a few of the books on Roll20, as well as have digital copies of most of the books.
When it comes to character creation, it will be limited to official content only. However, I do have my own collection of homebrewed races, classes, subclasses, and more that I am more than happy to allow you to use.

How will character creation work
The characters will be fifth (5th) level at the beginning and we'll be making them on Roll20. We'll be making them together during session 0, but I do recommended all players come with character ideas to present to the party.
