About the adventure

Chicago is a hallowed ground, wracked by a bloody history but standing tall despite infernos and fallen Princes threatening to reduce it to rubble. It is also a lie built on the ashes of Kindred who have outlived their uses or posed too great a threat to the Camarilla’s precious Masquerade. This is a Vampire the Masquerade adventure set in the Chicago by night module

Additional Details

How to prepare

Players will be required to create a free Roll20 account, as well as a free Discord account. A microphone is required. A webcam is recommended. Character sheets and dice will be provided via the Roll20 module.

What I provide

Players will be provided with pdf versions of the sourcebooks and a token to represent their character from my roll20 art library. Also, players will have access to all the features granted by my roll20 subscription status including maps with dynamic lighting and the ability to play on a tablet or handheld device.

Gameplay details

This game will include themes of fantasy and modern horror violence as well as violent crime. Gory details of self-mutilation and hematophagy will inevitably be a part of the story. I use X cards, and lines/veils, and am always willing to accommodate the story to ensure this is a comfortable and fun experience for every player.

How will character creation work

For players familiar with the system, character sheets can be completed before the session at level 1. There will be a session 0 wherein I will go through character creation and introduce the beginning story elements. I will also walk players through completing a character sheet on Roll20.

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
• Book your session and wait for the Game Master to approve you.
• If you don't have a blast with your first game, your next game is on us.
