About the adventure

This is a Call of Cthulhu one-shot that focuses on mystery and combat. It's ideal for novice players, but veteran players will enjoy it as well. While on a ship heading for Rockport, Massachusetts, your ship founders on nearby rocks, forcing you to take to a small lifeboat and head to Beacon Island for refuge in the growing storm. But the storm is hiding more than just rocks... will you survive the terrors that await you? Can you survive until dawn, and rescue?

How will character creation work

Pregenerated characters will be provided. At gametime, players will roll a d100. The person with the highest roll gets to pick their character first, the person with the next highest roll gets to choose their character next, and so on. The available pregens are: -The Bureau Agent - on assignment to get a debriefing from a fellow agent who's working undercover. -The Antiques Dealer - a reformed criminal who's received a strange letter from an old partner in crime. -The Marine Biologist - finishing up a research paper on Rockport's fascinating marine environment. -The Artist - a traveler searching for inspiration in their work. I have male and female token art available for all the characters, so you can give your character a name, decide what they look like and be ready to play!
