A landlord, one Mr. Knott, has asked you to examine an old house in central Boston, known as the Corbitt House. How to prepare
Players should have a Roll20 and a Discord account, as well as a working microphone and a stable internet connection. New players to CoC 7e are also highly encouraged to read the material included in the Roll20 game concerning the basic rules.

This game is a mystery where the players explore 1920 Boston to uncover the truth behind some strange goings-on at a rental house. This encounter will focus on NPC interaction and role-playing, but will also likely include some combat. However, keep in mind that madness lurks around every corner... I employ an open door policy during my games. If things get too intense, please feel free to step away and come back.
