About the adventure

the furnace is a story roleplaying game about WWI soldiers fighting in the trenches. Players take the role of a World War One soldier and must build their story, including what awaits them at home, then make the final push at enemy lines. Each player takes turns selecting the type of scene they wish to occur next, and the PCs involved. The GM then reacts and narrates accordingly. Each game plays 100% differently. This is a narrative, dramatic, game with NO combat system.
