About the adventure

In the world of Annoxar lies a large continent known as Elkai. Elkai is in the midst of what is called the "Age of Heroes." 10 years ago a group of adventurers saved the World Tree, the source of all magic. Now, it seems like everyone is an aspiring hero. In the midst of all the hustle and bustle is a large merchant town known as Hamlet. Due to all the traffic and goods coming in and out of the city, it's perfect for young adventurers looking for work and experience. However, one group of adventurers will accept one job and find the workings of a much greater conflict. They will find that greater forces are at work amongst them, and what's worse, they are at odds with one another. Can these adventurers put an end to the conflict, or will Annoxar be plunged into an age of darkness? This is an adventure intended for 4-6 players, will begin at level 1, and will run through level 10. It is open to players of all experience levels, and is particularly welcoming of newer players. The adventure will focus on a small region in a larger world with opportunities for players to branch out. If you want a game that focuses on story, mystery, worldbuilding, and roleplay, this is the campaign for you!

Gameplay details

As a DM, I am always learning and asking for feedback from my players. I cannot improve if they do not tell me about their experience at my table- good or bad. I always have a session zero before my campaigns to ensure that everyone has a good idea of what is to come, and so players can voice any kind of triggers or topics they do not wish to deal with in game. I offer all of my players to stop all gameplay if they feel uncomfortable or triggered in the moment, and will always take the last 10 minutes or so of the game to give players a chance to offer feedback and voice their opinions on the session.
