About the adventure

The world – no, the entire universe – is in danger, and it's up to you to stop it! You and your fellow Marvel heroes must take up the fight against villains and threats ranging from super-terrorists like HYDRA up to cosmic entities like Galactus himself. There's no time to waste, True Believer! This game is for fans of Marvel superheroes. I'm using the Marvel Heroic Roleplaying Game system from Margaret Weiss. I've been a superhero fan and tabletop gamer basically my entire life, and this is the first game that felt like I was really playing a superhero story.

How to prepare

You'll need a webcam, microphone, stable internet connection, access to a web browser (mainly for the dice roller), and a PDF reader (for your character sheet and other handouts).

What I provide

I will bring rules, a prepared adventure, links to a dice roller that works with this system, and visual aids.

Gameplay details

You'll need to choose which Marvel heroes you want to play, but otherwise I'll be ready to run. Since this is a bouncy, fun, adventure game, I don't foresee a lot of exceptionally difficult content, but a private chat for the X, N, & O cards will help make sure everyone stays comfortable and safe.

How will character creation work

In Marvel Heroic, the characters are existing Marvel heroes and come pre-made (with some tweaks we can discuss during our first session). All you need to get started is have an idea of what Marvel hero you'd like to play.

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
• Book your session and wait for the Game Master to approve you.
• If you don't have a blast with your first game, your next game is on us.
