How to prepare

The game works on the Powered by the Apocalypse rules engine. You might want to check into that to see if this game is for you. For younger players, you might want to look up some 1970's films and TV shows to get a sense for the look and feel. The cheesier the better. This will also help you get the joke in game and get a sense for building a character that fits the vibe. Listening to some of the classic music, yes even disco, from the era will also help. You will need a roll20 account. You will need a working mic and a a discord account. Camera use is optional. A lot of play will be theatre of the mind.

Gameplay details

We will build characters together. Session will close with Stars and Wishes as a chance to express what you want more of (or less) and call out the highlights MVP moments in game. It's an alternate 1970's based on media from the time but without the sexism, racism or xenophobia. Zero tolerance for antagonistic play cloaked in "period accuracy" or disrespect to player or GM boundaries. We're coming together to create 70's inspired capers, fast paced narrative and enjoy a great degree of player control over narration.

How will character creation work

We'll make characters on your first session. PC gen is fast and largely a matter of a few choices once you figure out your jam. Join in anytime and get funky.

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
• Book your session and wait for the Game Master to approve you.
• If you don't have a blast with your first game, your next game is on us.
