If you answered yes to all of the above, then this story is for you and your gang.... 📚 This game features ALL of the species, items, spells, subclasses, creatures, and books of Kobold Press. ⬆️ The story features urban based heists and missions for Level 1 - 11. 🎥 Heavy roleplay and immersion with a large number of recurring NPCs throughout. 🎼 Featuring music from Monument Studios. 🔭 Explore the great city of Zobeck. 🪑 Everyone is welcome at our table. These are tales of rough people looking out for themselves in a rough world, those looking for the right score rather than the righteous quest. These are characters with distinctive personalities and faults, striving against the powers of the land with a sharp blade and a smug grin. They fight on either side of the law—though either way, it’s most likely in order to save their own skin. A healthy diet of heist and noir, these adventures are filled with trickery, with cunning and ruthless people. If you are very good at what you do or are just very lucky, you might end up rich. But unless you are also very smart, you might just end up dead sooner than you’d like. So please, pay the gate toll and find your way to the Silk Scabbard. Tell the bouncer that Nicktail sent you, take in the fights, and see what your luck looks like for the evening while you roll the bones. And when you make a run for it at the end of the night, make sure you ride that horse like you stole it. Don’t disappoint us.

How to prepare

⚙ Have a mic or headset preferably so that you can enjoy ambient music. ⚙ Join the Discord for the character creation rules. ⚙ Direct Message me for scheduling your 1 v 1 Session Zero.

Gameplay details

⚙ We will have a Session 0 where we discuss our Lines and Veils as well as expectations. This will take place on a 1 v 1 basis as these are one shots. ⚙ This 1 v 1 Session will also include discussing character build and backstory. ⚙ There will be a quick introduction to Shard as well prior to play. ⚙ You will come to love Shard as it allows us to spend more time focusing on the narrative and less time managing the VTT tool.

How will character creation work

⚙ All characters will begin at Level 1. ⚙ Character creation rules/guidelines are listed in the appropriate channel on discord. ⚙ Backstory guidelines are also to be found in discord.

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
• Book your session and wait for the Game Master to approve you.
• If you don't have a blast with your first game, your next game is on us.
