About the adventure

Hail and well met travelers! The giants are on the move in this adventure. Hill Giants are stealing grain and livestock, Stone Giants are razing settlements, Fire Giants are herding the small folk into the dessert, and Frost Giant long ships are pillaging up and down the sword coast. There are even rumors that the cloud giants have been sighted again, in their floating cities above Waterdeep and Baldur's Gate. Are you up for the challenge of finding out why the Giants are more agitated than normal and perhaps putting an end to whatever the problem is?

How to prepare

You need a computer to run the foundry software, access to discord with a microphone and dndbeyond. it will also be beneficial if you download the syrinscape online player, though not necessary.

What I provide

I bring a master subscription to dndbeyond and content sharing with everything excluding the latest three releases. A foundryVTT license and ambience music through syrinscape.

Gameplay details

This game will include death. I implement a discussion of lines and veils in session 0 and use the X-card system that I have installed into The Foundry. If the game reaches a point that a player feels uncomfortable all they need to do is hit the button to anonymously tell me to stop and change the subject. The system notifies with a loud ding and blocks the screen until the window is closed so that no one can miss the card being used.

How will character creation work

Characters will be created on dndbeyond.com under a campaign that I have enabled content sharing on in session 1. If any homebrew races are wanted please ask first. I do not allow Loxodons, Centaurs or Gith.
