About the adventure

In 1845, the people of London are preparing for the Christmas holiday. Alchemists keep homes of the elite toasty for their parties, and magicians are banishing the malevolent spirits that congregate around this time of year. For a select few however, the days before Christmas are met with assignments. The Witchfinders have a certain task for a specialist group: To examine sightings of a suspicious individual. Routine work, but hopefully that means everyone will be home for Christmas soon.

How to prepare

Tabletop Simulator will be mandatory. The deck of cards required to use is very specific, and it's not something I can replicate intangibly. I also ask for Discord information for invitations to a personal server designed for the game.

What I provide

I will have the characters and specific cards prepared beforehand. I do not need anything from my players other than to be aware of the content warnings beforehand.

Gameplay details

There is a content warning for some gore, physical abuse, and torture. I encourage anyone who is curious about the game to directly contact me if there are any questions. During the game, I will be implementing an Open Door policy. So if players discover content that concerns them, they are welcome to dismiss themselves if it should be problematic.

How will character creation work

I will have a selection of 5 generated characters for player to select from, as well as a brief window of time before game to discuss the setting and the place each character has in it.

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
• Book your session and wait for the Game Master to approve you.
• If you don't have a blast with your first game, your next game is on us.
