About the adventure

Sail Away on the Misty Sails! Your band of adventures is charged with transporting a dangerous artifact to a sacred vault to be guarded. Booking passage on the Misty Sails airship it has been an easy step and so far the trip is a simple milk run..... In the dark of night while some guards play a round of cards and drink a quiet night. The part is resting within their rented chambers with the artifact stashed away in a large crate. A scream calls out: "All hands to battle stations!!!" Hisses can be heard from the other side of the living chambers. Yelling and cursing as blades clash ring out across the deck and galley. Blood and smoke are on the air, what will the adventures do now?

How to prepare

just need discord and mic as this is how I communicate mostly. Please create characters ahead of time so there is a chance to go over it and it does not cut into playtime. I also have a selection of pre-generated characters made if players wish to just jump right in or have a tough time making characters.

Gameplay details

Some gameplay may contain body horror and snakes. I use Lines and Veils as safety tips; players may address any issues by asking as well. This game is a boat fight to propel a giant monster from the ship.

How will character creation work

Using Discord and Roll 20 5e Character sheets. I am open to dnd beyond just need a link to the character so I can proof it for mistakes. Mostly use charactermancer in Roll 20. Other Details for this game: Rules of the world: 1: Fumble and Crits are done via cards; i.e., on a Crit or fumble, I draw a card from my deck of crit or fumble. 2: Character Ability rolls are either 5d4, 4d6 drop lowest, or 1d20 take what you get. (formulas in the handout folder. 3: Home-brew is allowed to run it by me first. 4: All players start with 2 healing potions. 5: All players start with 5d10 X 10 gold of gear from the player's Handbook and starting gear. 6: New players start at level 10 currently. 7: Check out handouts for maps/basic D&D rules/ and NPC tidbits 8: Bar1(red): hp Bar2(blue ):passive wisdom Bar3(green) : AC 19: You can change your display name to be your character name in the options (cogwheel to the right of the screen, top right). 10: While on this page, you may buy any items from the Players Handbook without role playing 11: All players get 2 magic items or set that will be discussed with me.
